Welcome
to the Shaffer Dane website. Here at Shaffer Danes, we specialize
in producing healthy blue, harlequin, mantle, and merle
puppies. We are located in Capon Bridge, West Virginia on
our beautiful farm. My name is Heather Shaffer, and I am
a veterinarian working in West Virginia. Here at Shaffer
Danes, we strive to provide quality pet or show marked danes.
Most of our puppies are placed in pet homes on limited registration,
however, we do offer full registration for show marked puppies.
Our Great Danes are raised along side our family including
our two small sons. Our dogs are treated as pets and have
full run of our farm. Our puppies are bred for temperment,
health, and quality. They will be socialized from birth
and handled daily. All puppies will be vaccinated, dewormed,
and examined by a veterinarian. We update pictures of the
puppies on our website weekly and are free to answer questions
about puppies on a daily basis. We hope that the sale of
our puppies will not be the end of a transaction, but will
be the beggining of a new friendship. We offer lifetime
breeder support and hope that all of our puppy owners stay
